Where does the time go?
Learn Time Management in Record Time
168

This is the number of hours in a week.  Everyone has the same number,

President Herzberger, your RA, your boss, your best friend, your worst enemy.

How do you spend YOUR 168?

KEEP A CALENDAR and schedule the hours for things you normally must do:

- Time in class
-
Time at work
-
Study time
-
Time commuting
-
Volunteer work
-
Taking care of yourself (shower, laundry, food, etc.)
-
Sleep (everyone should spend at least 49 hours a week!)

Whatever is left is your “flexible time.”

Do you have any time left to “manage?”  If not, you need to make some adjustments!

Here are some ways to make the most of your time

Write things down (assignments, meetings, tasks, appointments)

Read what you write every day, and early in the day.

Are you a morning person or an evening person?--

Do the most difficult things in your most productive hours of the day

Prioritize!     Create routine!     Clear away clutter!
Learn to say no!

Use "flexible" time productively.

Your use of time should reflect your values and goals!
