Joe’s interests start with his family, enjoying gala outings to Disney Hall with his lovely wife Bonnie,
and extend to singing at baseball games
and fishing for large-mouth bass,
His non-sporting interests include reading southern literature (see the syllabus on “Farce and Faith”) and gourmet cooking, as well as preparing omelettes for students at their annual Late Night Breakfast.
