Maggie Beard '11 was pinned by US Army Specialist Remington Meabon on December 28, 2009. Spc. Meabon is a construction engineer and has served in combat in Iraq. He is currently stationed in Hawaii. Maggie and Remington met in summer 2009 while Maggie was interning in Washington, DC. He gave Maggie his combat service pin over the holiday break which was spent with his family in his hometown, Greeley, Colorado. Maggie and Remington announce their pinning on March 7 following the Palmer meeting. (March 12, 2010) |

| Kathleen Chavez '98 became engaged to Charles Ledesma on March 6, 2010. Kathleen writes, "Charles and I were engaged this March. Since both of us are baseball fans, he surprised me and proposed during the 7th inning stretch at a Dodger spring training game in Glendale, Az. We were surrounded by friends, three of which were my Palmer sisters: Miss Toni Panetta '98, Miss Kathleen King '99 and Mrs. Christina Bedoy Jelineo '00. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect proposal." (March 12, 2010) | |||

| Christine Apostol '02 married Diran Alemshah on November 8, 2009 in San Juan Capistrano, California. Diran is an Internet Entrepreneur associated with SiteInteractive.com. Palmers in attendance include Erin Pfaucht, Alyssa Ellis, and Sarah Gerfen. Christine writes, "Diran and I were married on a beautiful sunny & mild California day in November. We had a small intimate ceremony & reception at the Marbella Country Club in San Juan Capistrano. I am truly blessed to have married my best friend and soul mate. We had a wonderful honeymoon in Kauai and are enjoying married life together so far very much!" | |||
