CURRENT RESEARCH
(a) I have been collecting and analyzing
data using a 40-page Multiple Identities Questionnaire, which explores various aspects of
ethnic, racial, national, religious, geographical, social class, school
occupational, gender, sexual, family, health, age, political, and other identities.
(b) I am analyzing data
from a 25-year follow-up of the
original participants in the Boston Couples Study, in collaboration with Anne
Peplau at UCLA.
(c) I am conducting cross-cultural surveys
of attitudes about gender roles and marriage, in cooperation with colleagues in
Japan, China, and other countries.
(d) I have conducted data analyses to
assess the Whittier College freshman writing program and its developmental
writing course.
