“Argentina-Crisis and Contagion”

In Argentina, an era of neoliberalist policies primarily during the presidency of Carlos Menem ended in severe economic and political crises. My paper examines the causes of these crises, and looks at the impact that the developments could have for the future direction of policy not just for Argentina, but also for the rest of Latin America.
