Charles S. Adams, B.A.,
U.C. Davis; M.A., Ph.D., University of Washington is a
specialist in American literature, with particular interests
in the nineteenth century, autobiographical writing, and
popular culture. He also teaches Critical Procedures in
Language and Literature, Romantic Poetry, and Literature on
Film, and is currently working on various projects
concerning Henry Adams, Paul Auster, Patrick O’Brian, Henry
David Thoreau, and baseball. He is a former director of the
Whittier Scholars Program. |
