Office of Human Resources, including recruitment, benefits
administration, recruiting, compensation, employee
relations, training, policy development, and employee
recognition programs. Jan holds a double masters degree
from Webster University in Management and Human Resource
Development.

Jeanette Martinez,
Benefits
HR Records Coordinator, is responsible for administration of
the benefits programs offered at Whittier College. In
addition to new employee benefits orientation, Jeanette
handles changes, provider relations, benefits fairs, data
entry, and oversees both the benefits and personnel files.
Jeanette has previous experience with USC and the City of
Hope.

Monica D.
Robley, Human Resources Manager, oversees a number of
activities performed by the Office of Human Resources,
including recruiting/job posting, new hires/new hire
orientation, HR website , employee relations, policies and
procedures, training and employee recognition programs.
Monica is an active member of Professionals in Human
Resources Association (PIHRA), Society for Human Resources
Management (SHRM) and Toastmasters International. Monica
graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources
Management from Walsh University. She also obtained an
Associate of Science in Business Administration and an
Associate of Arts in General Studies.
